As a Product Management Intern at Premier Inc. — one of the largest healthcare group purchasing
organizations in the US — I supported the development and delivery of analytics platform features
used by health systems nationwide, working across the full product lifecycle from discovery to release.

Responsibilities
- Led requirements gathering sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to define feature specs
- Wrote and maintained user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics in JIRA and Confluence
- Coordinated UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles with end users across multiple health system clients
- Tracked sprint progress and facilitated agile ceremonies including standups and retrospectives
- Created internal documentation and training materials for new platform features
Key Project — Analytics Dashboard Enhancement
Drove the feature design and delivery for an enhanced analytics dashboard enabling hospital
supply chain teams to benchmark performance across peer institutions. Gathered user feedback
via Qualtrics surveys, translated insights into prioritized backlog items, and validated
the release through structured UAT with five health system partners.
Outcome
Feature shipped on schedule, receiving positive feedback from pilot health system clients.
Gained hands-on experience bridging clinical context with technical requirements — a skill
set central to my interest in healthcare-focused product and analytics roles.
